I recently decided to give up caffeine. No coffee, no soda,
no…nothing. And not just for Lent, but for good. After a few days of really terrible
flu-like symptoms and the deepest sense of fatigue I’ve ever known (one night I
went to bed at 9:30 p.m. and slept like I was dead until 7:00 a.m. the next
morning), I gotta say I am feeling really good. No pain, no gain, right???
